Ironwood Golf Club is committed to having a very positive experience for you and your group. Our 27 holes offers outings a unique opportunity to accommodate more players and shotgun starts. With our excellent facilities and our courteous staff, Ironwood Golf Club guarantees your outing will be a huge success.
Services included with all golf outings:
- Electronic scoring and live leaderboards utilizing Golf Genius Software
- Closest to the pin, long drive, and other contests
- Complete golf cart staging with participant names on all golf carts
- Player starting sheets including an alphabetical participant list
- Personalized scorecards
Outings of 72 or more may be scheduled throughout the golf season. Ironwood Golf Club provides pricing options based on the day of the week. All packages include the services described above, golf, cart, driving range and an $8.00 prize fund per person. The $8.00 prize fund is typically used to award winning teams, contest winners and/or to purchase raffle items or auction items. Food and beverage costs will be in addition to the outing price sheet.

Confirmation of Event: Your event is confirmed once the online outing form has been filled out and your outing has been approved.
Deposit: $ 500 deposit is required for all new outings. If there is a need to cancel the event, the $500.00 deposit will be returned if the cancellation notice has been given within 30 days of the scheduled event.
Event Payment: An invoice will be emailed to the event coordinator within two days of the completion of the event. Payment must be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
Ten days prior to the event: Confirmation of the number of golfers is required at this time. Unless you have additional golfers, you will be billed for this number. The food and beverage information must be submitted online at this time.
Damage: Ironwood Golf Club does not assume responsibility for damage to or loss of personal belongings. The outing group is responsible for any damage to the Ironwood facilities including the golf carts.
Dress Code: We would kindly ask that appropriate golf attire be worn by all participants. Proper golf attire will ultimately enhance the quality of your outing.
Inclement Weather: In case of bad weather, the Head Golf Professional and the Golf Course Superintendent will make the decision with regards to course playability. If no holes are completed, we will re-schedule the golf event. If the outing completes 5 or less holes, Ironwood Golf Club will provide a full 18-hole rain check for all participants. If the outing completes between 6 and 13 holes, a 9-hole rain check for all participants, and if the outing completes 14 or more holes, Ironwood Golf Club will consider the outing a completed golf event.
Golf Cart/Golf Clubs: Golf Carts are required for all players. Only two riders per golf cart. The outing group will be responsible for any damage to the golf carts. Golf Club rentals are available. We have limited rental golf clubs at $ 30.00 per set (men’s, women’s, RH & LH)
Extra Golf Carts: One golf cart will be provided for every two players, two carts for outing staff, and one beverage cart per nine. Any additional carts required for photographers, sponsors, etc. will be billed at $50.00 per cart.
Each event is unique at Ironwood, if you don’t see a food and beverage option that fits your needs, Ironwood Golf Club will work with you to develop a menu for your event. A combination of menu items is also available.

Deluxe Box Lunch – $9.95
Turkey, ham, and roast beef. Sandwiches are served on a bakery fresh bun and served with kettle chips, one side and a dessert.
Burgers & Dogs – $11.95
Grilled 1/3 pound burger and 1/4 pound all beef hot dogs served with your choice of two sides and a dessert
Pulled Pork Sandwich – $13.95
Pork shoulder smoked and pulled in-house on our Big Green Egg. Choices of BBQ sauce and a bakery fresh bun served with choice of two sides and on dessert.
Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich – $13.95
Marinated and grilled chicken breast with choice of two sides and a dessert.
Bone-in Pork Chop – $19.95
Thick cut bone-in pork chop smoked on our Big Green Egg and finished on our grill includes two sides and one dessert.
Dogs 2 Go – $5.00
Two Nathan’s hot dogs wrapped and ready to go for groups not planning a banquet after the event.

Birdie Package: Includes Craft Beer (SunKing & Zombie Dust), Seltzers (High Noon & White Claw), Imports (Corona Premier), Domestics (Miller Lite, Coors Light, Bud Light & Yuengling) Soda (Coke, Diet Coke & Sprite), Bottled Water. $19.95 plus tax. 18% gratuity will be added if Ironwood staff are serving and driving beverage cart.
Par Package: Includes Domestics (Miller Lite, Coors Light, Bud Light & Yuengling) Soda (Coke, Diet Coke & Sprite), Bottled Water. $13.95 plus tax. 18% gratuity will be added if Ironwood staff are serving and driving beverage cart.
Drink Tickets: Birdie Tickets: Includes beverages in Birdie Package – $4.00 plus tax. 18% gratuity will be added if Ironwood staff are serving and driving beverage cart.
Par Tickets: Includes beverages in Par Package – $3.00 plus tax. 18% gratuity will be added if Ironwood staff are serving and driving beverage cart.
Cash Bar: Outing participants will be on their own for beverages. Ironwood regular beverage rates will be charged.
With the Birdie & Par Package, a beverage bar will be setup near your registration table. Beverage service is available one hour prior to your event at the beverage bar and on the beverage carts only. All beverages purchased inside the clubhouse are not included in your package and will be charged to individuals accordingly.
